Vanity Fair’s celebration of the 2009 Tribeca Film Festival had some of the biggest names in entertainment turn out for New York City’s local independent film showcase. Unfortunately, my best Bono shot was blown out by the other photographer’s strobes. The reserved pen probably was the worst place to photograph the party on the red carpet this year.
It was a supreme honor to shoot Fran Lebowitz. I was happy to update the image of Lee Daniels, who I last shot at the premiere of Spiderman 3 with his two kids. He’s a good looking man; I liked how his portrait came out. I uploaded a better Debra Messing than the previous one, and I used this one on the Wikipedia lead.

These are all great, Dave. Thank you so much for sharing them with us. I know it took a lot of time and hard work.
You got to meet Bono too?? Can I have your life?
